Cancellation Policy

By booking Solfina Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are in place to protect the space and ensure a calm, considered experience for all who use it. Studio Use Solfina Studio is available for photography and content creation purposes only. The studio is not available for events, parties, workshops, or large gatherings unless agreed to in writing prior to booking. Hire time includes setup and pack-down. Please arrive and depart within your booked time. Care of the Space The studio is to be treated with care and respect at all times. Clients are responsible for ensuring the studio is returned in the same condition it was found, including: Furniture returned to its original position Props neatly reset after use Floors left clean and free of debris All personal items removed Food and drinks are to be kept away from soft furnishings and styled areas. No adhesives, nails, screws, tape, or permanent alterations are permitted on walls, floors, or surfaces. Cleaning & Damage A cleaning fee will be charged if the studio is not left in its original condition. This includes, but is not limited to: Excessive mess or rubbish Furniture or props not returned Stains, spills, or marks requiring additional cleaning Glitter, confetti, wax, paint, or similar materials Any damage to the studio, furniture, props, or fixtures caused during your booking will be the responsibility of the booking holder and may incur repair or replacement costs. Furniture & Props Furniture and props may be moved and used with care. Please: Lift furniture rather than drag it Notify us immediately if anything is damaged or unstable All items must be returned to their original placement before departure. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the booking time will receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking time, or failure to attend, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booking and are subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply. Access & Safety Access details will be provided prior to your booking. Children must be supervised at all times. Use of the studio is at your own risk. Solfina Studio is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings while on the premises. General By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
